HR4P was founded by Frank Stultiëns and Ria Stienen on September 1st 2022. Both have years of experience in human resources and decided to join forces. HR4P unburdens companies on several aspects of HR, for small and big companies. They do this using 4 P’s; professional, personal, pragmatic, personnel advice.

Frank Stultiens

Hi, I’m Frank Stultiens, I have more than 25 years of experience in the allround personnel field, amongst which (strategic, tactical and operational) HR, labor law advice and payroll administration.

For years I’ve worked at Interbrew/Dommelsche Brewery (personnel officer and payroll administrator), IsoBouw Systems/Stramit (head of HR), UPS en UPS SCS (HR manager NL, Health & Safety Manager West EU & Africa and HR Manager Europe/EMEA). For the last 5 years I was partner at SvdB where i set up HR Advice and Personnel services, which quickly became successful in allround HR and labor law support for entrepeneurs.

I focus on SMEs and bigger businesses, to unburden entrepeneurs with their ‘HR Business Sense’. In Dutch as well as English.
We deliver allround peronnel services in a Professional, Personal and Pragmatic manner, with our new organization HR4P.

Ria Stienen

Hi, I’m Ria Stienen, after an operational managing position within Volvo (currently VDL), I stepped into the HR field for the first time in 1989. I’ve worked at several large organizations in the HR field, in large and small metal, the construction industry, logistics and public transport. From setting up an HR department to managing an international HR organization including Health and Safety. HR no longer holds any secrets for me.

In 1999 I started as indepented HR interim manager for the first time. Next to carrying out HR projects (implementing a collective agreement, setting up an HR department), I’ve worked as a labor law and HR lecturer at Fontys and ISBW. In 2006 and 2021 I restarted as an independent HR interim manager. In addition to my work, I’ve made an effort for the position of labor migrants in The Netherlands and I’ve worked on a concept for stacking jobs. “How can we arrange labor in a better way in The Netherlands”.

I like to think along about complex work-related issues, but I also help with the personnel and payroll administration if necessary.
