I&#8217;ve worked at several large organizations in the HR field, in large and small metal, the construction industry, logistics and public transport. From setting up an HR department to managing an international HR organization including Health and Safety. HR no longer holds any secrets for me.<\/p>\n<p>In 1999 I started as indepented HR interim manager for the first time. Next to carrying out HR projects (implementing a collective agreement, setting up an HR department), I&#8217;ve worked as a labor law and HR lecturer at Fontys and ISBW. In 2006 and 2021 I restarted as an independent HR interim manager.
